About the core
The Keck Oligonucleotide Synthesis facility carries out DNA and RNA synthesis on our Dr. Oligo 192 and Applied Biosystems 394 synthesizers. We routinely perform a wide variety of complex specialty syntheses, emphasizing quality and efficiency.

Pricing for standard (unmodified) oligo synthesis can be found on our price schedule or by using our Oligo Cost Calculator. Surcharges for modifications will be added to standard oligo pricing and can be found on our modifier pricing page. Requests for custom synthesis strategies including custom synthesizer setups and special handling/packaging can be accommodated for a nominal fee. Please contact us for pricing.
Non-Yale orders are those not billed against either a Yale or a Yale HHMI account. As shown in the price schedule, the pricing for these orders and any specialty reagents is 15% higher than that for Yale orders.
