About the Bruker Vutara 352

The Bruker Vutara 352 super-resolution microscope is based on single-molecule localization techniques (PALM, STORM, etc.). The laser system consists of a 405 nm activation laser and 488 nm, 560 nm, 640 nm, and 1000 mW imaging lasers. The Vutara is capable of resolution down to 20 nm in x,y and 50 nm in z. A temperature- and CO2-controlled chamber allows for long-term studies.
