    DNA/RNA QC analysis service

QC using the Agilent TapeStation 2200 allows researchers to analyze the quantity and size of DNA or RNA while using only a few microliters of precious sample.

  8. Services
    Fragment Analysis

    Fragment analysis

Our 3730XL DNA Analyzer uses fluorescence-based detection to determine the size of DNA fragments.

  9. Services
    CLA Spotting Cards

    Human cell line authentication

Using a cell line authentication service can help to establish the identity of a cell line or confirm that it remains uncontaminated. With the use of the CLA Identifiler Direct Kit, we will perform STR genotyping by fragment analysis. This STR profile will be the key to authenticating the cell line.
