Instrument/Equipment Core/Facility: BrainWorks

Electroencephalography (EEG)

About the instrument

Electroencephalography (EEG) reveals brain function with millisecond precision by measuring, at the scalp, the minute magnetic fields generated by neural activity. BrainWorks has two BrainVision EEG systems. Both use gel-based actiSlim active electrodes. Comfortable EasyCaps provide 10-20 scalp coverage in sizes from infants to adults. In-lab recordings can be integrated with eye tracking using EyeLink 1000+ systems in head-fixed or remote mode.
