Data storage and computing

Data products are stored and analyzed on a secure high-performance computing cluster using the XNAT bioinformatics platform on the Milgram cluster. This cluster contains 60 nodes, totaling 1584 cores and 13.5 TB memory, as well as 1.2 PB of shared GPFS storage, and is supported by the Yale Center for Research Computing (YCRC)

Users who collect and/or analyze MRI or M/EEG data should

  1. Complete HIPAA training in Workday
  2. Request an account on Milgram
