Keck Biostatistics Resource
We offer consultation related to statistical and computational analysis of various types of biological and biomedical data, such as gene expression, genotyping, mass spectrometry, and next-generation sequencing.
-
Core/facility
Chemical Metabolism Core
Previously called the Islet, Oxygen consumption, Mass Isotopomer flux Core (IOMIC), the Chemical Metabolism Core offers targeted and untargeted metabolomics, stable isotope-based metabolic flux analysis, quantitative metabolic panels of central carbon metabolism and adjacent pathways, measurements of cellular bioenergetics, islet isolation and functional studies. Services include study assistance and data analysis.
-
Core/facility
Comparative Pathology Research Core
We offer pathology support for animal-based studies, including histopathology, necropsy, and microbiology as well as assistance with study design.
-
Core/facility
Yale Genome Editing Center
We create genetically engineered mice via CRISPR/Cas, gene targeting via homologous recombination in ES cells, and traditional transgenic technology. We also cryopreserve mouse sperm and embryos.
