BD Symphony S6 Cell Sorter
Sort into 5 mL round tubes, 15 mL conical tubes, or plates (24-, 48-, and 96-well) with 5 lasers (UV, violet, blue, yellow/green, red) and 23 detectors (6 UV, 6 violet, 4 blue, 4 yellow/green, 3 red).

Cytek Aurora Spectral Cell Analyzer
Analyze from single tubes, 40-tube racks, or 96-well plates with 5 lasers (UV, violet, blue, yellow/green, red) and 64 detectors (16 UV, 16 violet, 14 blue, 10 yellow/green, 8 red).
