Agilent 1260 Analytical to Prep system
This system from Agilent is built for transferring analytical-scale HPLC methods to preparative-scale purifications. The analytical column is a 4.6 x 150 mm C18 column. To enable purifications, a 20 x 150 mm C18 column is available. This is a great system if you need to isolate your material but a flash system is unable to accomplish the task.
