About the instrument
This light-sheet microscope is ideal for high-throughput live imaging of small developing organisms and organoids with sizes ranging from 50 µm to 1 mm. Samples are immersed in an imaging buffer in a cuvette and multiple cuvettes can be used in one experiment, which enables multiple time-lapse experiments, each in a different buffer condition, in one imaging session.
Key features include:
- Dual illumination and dual detection to minimize depth-induced aberration
- Two detection-objective blocks (16x and 25x)
- Resolution: 0.8 and 0.5 µm
- Four laser lines: 405, 488, 561, and 640 nm
- CO2 and temperature regulation
