Forms and instructions for sample submission.
Sample submission
Please use our PPMS portal to submit samples to the Keck MS & Proteomics (KMSP) resource.
1) If you have used PPMS here at Yale for other cores, then you are all set and can start submitting your samples to the KMSP after you log into PPMS with either your Yale credentials (Yale internal users) or PPMS credentials (external users).
2) If you have never used PPMS, then please follow the PPMS Account Setup link to set up the account first.
3) Sample submission instruction/protocol can be found at Instructions for KMSP sample submission.
Sample delivery
Please note that our KMSP can receive samples Mon – Fri between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. (except on holiday and recess days according to Yale Calendar).
1) You can deliver the sample in person: room G001 (ground floor) at 300 George Street, New Haven, CT.
2) Or you can send it via FedEx (please use next day by noon) with appropriate packaging including sample information and submission form. Please also remember to email the tracking number as soon as you have it so that we can track the package. Mail to:
