This high-vacuum evaporator is designed to produce very thin, fine-grained, and conductive metal and carbon coatings for highest-resolution EM analysis.
Leica EM ACE200 low-vacuum coater
This machine is used for making carbon thin film on EM grids. It can conduct quartz thickness measurement and produces quick, reproducible results.
