Mailing instructions

  • We suggest using UPS or FedEx, as those services directly deliver to our lab
  • DNA samples are stable at room temp, so you do not need to ship on ice.
  • Make sure to seal your plate or tubes extremely well to prevent any evaporation during transport. We suggest using parafilm as an extra layer of protection.
  • Safeguard your plate wells by shipping with packing material, or possibly empty tip box bases; anything to provide support to the plate wells. We want to be sure the wells do not get cracked or crunched during transportation.
