Keck Microarray Shared Resource
Microarray platforms available for high-throughput gene-expression detection.
About the core
The Keck Microarray Shared Resource (KMSR) functions as a shared cost-recovery core facility to provide technical capability and expertise with state-of-the-art instrumentation for biomedical and clinical research at Yale community as well as institutions around the world. The Keck Microarray Resource is committed to:
- Provide timely, high quality data generation and analysis at a competitive cost.
- Work collaboratively with investigators to develop and implement new technologies for their research.
- Educate and train customers in cutting-edge technologies.
We are actively working on bringing more technologies to the Yale community. Started from only microarray analysis more than 10 years ago, the Keck Microarray Resource has evolved and developed into a highly effective and cost-efficient facility offering comprehensive services spanning genomics, epigenomics and transcriptomics applications. Besides the traditional gene expression profiling and SNP genotyping services using Illumina and Affymetrix microarray technologies, we now offer a variety of genomic services including nuclei acid isolation, third generation long read sequencing, spatial genomics and single cell DNA/RNA/protein analysis.
