Can I pay with a credit card?

  • Yes. When placing an online order, you will check a box for this option.* For payment, please follow the instructions to payment portal on your invoice.
  • *If you are a Yale user that wishes to pay by credit card, please email us @ DNAseq@yale.edu.

I haven't received an invoice yet. Where is it?

  • We bill once a month at the end of the month. Invoices are sent out the following month by our business office.

I placed an order for more samples than I sent. Will I be charged for these?

  • No. We only charge for samples we receive and process.

Can I split the charging between 2 labs?

Yes. For Yale users, when you enter your C.O.A., you will have the option to put a percentage for the charges.

What is the cost for this service?

Yale users can look here for rates. Non-Yale users need to contact us via email  at DNAseq@yale.edu.
