Faculty townhall: Updates for faculty with federal research funding
A townhall for research-active faculty with federal funding will take place Friday, January 16th, from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM EST in person at Hope Memorial Building room 110 and via Zoom.
TO: All Federally Funded Faculty Hello, Reminder: You are invited to save the date: a Townhall for Research Active Faculty with Federal Funding will take place Friday, January 16th, from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM EST in-person at Hope Memorial Building Rm 110 and via Zoom. Thank you to those who have already registered to attend, you will receive additional details via a calendar invite soon. If you have not done so, please register below. This Townhall will provide a faculty-focused update on new federal notices and regulations that apply to investigators with federal funding and will include an opportunity for faculty seeking clarifications about evolving federal regulations to ask questions. While the focus will be on the NIH, relevant regulations from other federal funding agencies such as the NSF and DoE will also be covered. An agenda including speakers, topics, and location is forthcoming. Topics include: NIH Implementation of Common Forms for Biosketch/Other Support, Zero Embargo Policy for Publications, Research Security Training, and Changes to Peer Review Process. Please note that capacity may be limited. For planning purposes, register below with your plans to attend in person or via Zoom. Capacity may be limited depending on location and interest.
