Any of the latinized names that have been applied to the taxon lot.
AuthorName.
The author and/or date of publication for an applied taxon name.
HigherRanks.
The family, order, and/or class of the most recently applied taxon name.
TypeStatus.
Type specimens include primary, secondary and tertiary types. Primary
types are recorded as holotype, syntype, lectotype and neotype; secondary
types are recorded as paratype and paralectotype. The term "cotype" has been modified whenever
appropriate (e.g., to syntype or paratype). Allotype is used where
appropriate.
Locality. A composite of the country, state (equivalent),
county (or equivalent), place, and latitude & longitude, as available.
Latitude & longitude are ordinarily given to the nearest minute.
CollectorDate.
The name of the collector(s) and the collection date(s).
OtherAttributes
Other specimen attributes that are
specific to the holdings of the
Herpetology
collection.
