Chatham Square: Portrait of a Neighborhood
The NHOHP is partnering with The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven to to promote revitalization in the Chatham Square neighborhood. Yale students are conducting interviews with longtime and new Chatham Square residents— many of whom have moved to New Haven from other countries— as part of a project to increase a sense of place and connection to the neighborhood. The interviews will be featured on a community website, and used as part of a broad effort to increase investment in the neighborhood.
This project is being conducted in collaboration with the Yale Anthropology Department and the Yale-New Haven Ethnography Project.
