Our staff has applied knowledge spanning many years in a variety of molecular techniques. We are located within the Yale Institute for Biospheric Studies Molecular Systematics and Conservation Genetics Laboratory, under the direction of Dr. Gisella Caccone. Our equipment includes an AB 3730 DNA Genetic Analyzer with 48-capillaries, an epmotion Liquid Handler, multiple Thermal Cyclers, the Finch-Laboratory Information Management System by Geospiza, Inc., as well as other support equipment; all purchased with funds from an NSF Multi-User Equipment and Instrumentation Grant (NSF 98-137).
Standard Sequencing (1/8 Chemistry)
